Who to contact if your podcast isn't loading?

Hello all,

My apologies if this message crosses other similar threads. Can anyone point me in the direction of who to contact if our podcast isn't loading. (spinning wheel of nothing) on the page when attempting to load episodes.

the url is:

https://www.pandora.com/podcast/spooky-coop-an-unusual-and-light-hearted-paranormal-show/PC:1001093514

We published it from simplecast.com and have been in touch with their support who were, as yet, only able to give us our pandora podcast url.

I got this resolved with simplecast's support. Magically, everything works now.

Yeah, the Simplecast support team is really on it and would be the first place to reach out to regarding any issues for your podcast on Pandora.

As always, you can send an email to amp-support@pandora.com to assistance with an issue but Simplecast (support@simplecast.com) would be best to reach out to first.
