Pandora royalty

Hello

Did Pandora release the royalty for the month of August 2024? They usually report it much sooner than any other platform. It should have been reported in October, but it's November already. Any information will help me.

I’m waiting patiently too, or perhaps impatiently. Regardless, it still hasn’t come in for me, but it has at another distributor which makes me think and invoices will be fulfilled very soon with my other distributors

Same here.... Checked with my distributor and they said they have not received royalties from Pandora for the month of August 2024 . Once Pandora release the royalty they will report it. Standard distrokid reply.... Pandora is quick in releasing the royalties... May be delay from distribution side... happened to me before..Should wait and see...

Hey all - I can confirm that we are reporting all spins to our deal partners and SoundExchange on a regular basis. For royalty statements, Pandora reports its spins on strict month-by-month periods (e.g. Mar 1 - Mar 31). You may want to check in with your label/distributor or SoundExchange, regarding their respective payment schedules.

Since it seems like you all are partnering with Distrokid, I would recommend following up with them.

Yes.. That's what I thought. I contacted my distributor distrokid but no help.Their customer service is super bad . If possible please check with them because they always release the Pandora royalties late and blame Pandora for this.Think I have to wait and change the distributor soon. I contacted Distrokid and I got the typical response, that streaming services are on a 2-3 month delay. No real help, no looking into perhaps there is a problem on their end, just nothing. We are already past the time we would have received royalties for September, so now there are two months outstanding, August and September, and that is with their 2-3 month delay. (However Pandora has ALWAYS been on a 2 month delay). I'm really getting sick of getting jerked around by Distrokid with my money. Anyone else contact them about it? Maybe if we all do it they will release our royalties. Here's a tip, in the auto-reply chatbot, keep saying customer service and that will get you to submit a ticket. Good luck and if you get any real updates, please post them here for all of us.

I hear that they will show up top of the week. I'm not happy about it either as a Distrokid artist but hoping we will get both months nearby one another. I think that sometimes there are invoicing issues on the DK end, that occasionally causing a delay. One time it was 3 months, then they were all paid out in one chunk.

Okay, here we are a month and a half past the time we normally get Pandora royalties from Distrokid. I trust Pandora sent them a while ago, both for August and September. So, has anyone gotten them yet from Distrokid? Someone said they would be distributed by Distrokid in the top of the week, but now we are halfway through the week. This is so disheartening. I rely on my royalites for bills and it looks like I'm going to go probably 2 months now without anything from Pandora. I think I need to look into finding a different distributer.

It's unpredictable and frustrating..I set up a savings account with extra for when these moments happen, because they have happened in the past. Hoping we will get two month's worth very soon!

Finally distrokid released the royalties for August and September. You can see that in your bank details tab.

Last month I received the royalty report of June, I was expecting to receive July this month but no report came to my distributor. There is a big delay even gaps on my payment schedule. I wonder if that's because of Pandora or distributor
