Artist: My new music is not available on Pandora

I can find my older CD Baby music on pandora but not my latest release from Distrokid: "Donar" by Keith Ridenhour. I have three tracks distributed by Distrokid but can't find them on my paid Pandora.

It sounds like some of your new music isn't spinning on Pandora.

Even if your music has been delivered by your distributor to Pandora, we still ask that you fill out the submission form here. This will flag the release to be reviewed by our Curation team.

While your content may be delivered to us by your distributor, Pandora is still a curated collection. In other words, your partnership with your distributor does not guarantee inclusion on Pandora.

I've successfully distributed my music to Pandora in the past via DistroKid, but submissions for my new artist don't seem to get propagated. They have been delivered other streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple, Amazon, etc.) with no problems. Could you please take a look?

My tracks got approved and now are included in Pandora catalog, but they seem to be still in the queue for radio play back curation. In the past, the radio approval was happening very soon after catalog inclusion. To my understanding, based on communications with Pandora support, this review is done by a different curation team. Could you please take a look at these track and let me know the ETA for review? I want to start advertising my Pandora catalog on social media (so it has more listeners as I add more music), but that ad investment only makes sense once radio play is enabled.

Hi,

When did you upload them in DistroKid? I have five tracks in DistroKid. My first one was uploaded on November 18th and I have a new release on the 10th of December.

After it showed up on Spotify, I began looking to see about the other places. A day or so after landing on Spotify, it started showing up on Apple/iTunes, Amazon, iHeart Radio, Deezer, Tidal and YouTube Music.

I keep checking to see about the others, but today (7 December 2024) is the first time they showed up on Pandora. After uploading and approval of my cover image and lyrics, DistroKid said it was sent out to all the other stores. It seems like the others, and Pandora might have a slower in-processing.

I wonder if they ingest the tracks in batches. Of my five songs, four of them all showed up on Pandora today. One that released last week has not yet. Given the timeline of how mine came in (about 2-1/2 weeks), you might give it some time, unless yours was supposed to be there awhile earlier.

I just did the "Claim Artist" thing today so they don't have a profile image for me until I'm approved. Funny thing... One of my songs, "Bob the Blues Mouse" was a fun one I did with some great Blues guitar.

They set my profile photo as Bob, a big mouse playing guitar. 😂 That's okay. Bob is a cool guy. 😊

Hey @ChrisPandora , I just added some new songs. They are available to be played but not on radio. I have two old ones that have been on here for months that aren’t available for radio either. I’ve gotten support for this before and they were supposed to have been sent to curators, but their availability never changed. Is there anything I can do about this?
