I've just released another track and it doesn't appear under my profile. Can we fix this, please?

Thank you, Adam! I wish there were some way to avoid this. This happens every time we release music because I have the same name as at least a half dozen other artists. Any suggestions?

Hey @mgabriel2865 - I have gone ahead and escalated this so you should get an email soon. Be on the lookout for it!

As for your music landing on different artist profiles, I would recommend sending an email to our team at amp-support@pandora.com about a week before the new release is set to go live. That will give us enough time to ensure we have received it and mapped it to the correct profile so on your release day, your fans will have no troubles finding it.

This has also been happening to me due to an artist with the same name, but different capitalization…
