Creators Drop: Fall 2025

Hey y'all! With the new season, it felt right to change up our Creator's Drop. We are now doing this every season to allow more creators to share their new releases with us. Do the season's affect your music? Let's find out 🤘

If you want to participate in Creators Drop, check out some of the guidelines:

Single, EPs and Full-Length albums are welcome
Release must have come out this season
Tell us a little something about the release. Where was it recorded? What is the backstory of the song? Any interesting recording/engineering techniques? Anything to give us a little background!
If the release is an EP or Full-Length, what is a focus-track we should check out?
Only 1 submission per season
Must be a Pandora link

If you are hoping to have your songs considered for a placement on an Editorial Station, I would recommend checking out the thread There is a lot of great info in there!

My new single release “Fighting Shadows” and it was co-written with Paul
Statham from London. He has written songs for artists Dido, Natalie
Imbruglia, and Simple Minds. This track is produced by Grammy-winning
producer Glenn Barratt, in the United States. Every instrument is played by
a live musician, no loops or samples, in the studio. These are my vocals
and we all had a great time performing it together! Please listen if

Releasing a 3 song EP soon written for my first grandson called Parker’s Trio. All piano solo’s, and a little different stylistically than some of my other releases. Very excited to share it with you all soon!

My song i need most attention to is about my brother. I have a friend rapping but i wrote it and made the beat. It is about awarness and being there for others

I'm not sure if this went through when I posted it earlier. It might have to be moderated to be posted but in case it didn't.....

While not strictly a Halloween song, my project, mad/no/mad, just released our 14th song two weeks ago and it fits the bill - it's a new take on The Doors' classic, People Are Strange. It's a little bit fun, a little bit eerie, and a lot mad/no/mad.

The mad/no/mad project of originals and highly reimagined rock classics, Slapdown Deluxe, includes the popular piano ballad take on Sweet Child O' Mine as well as the original Live and Learn (or die and forget), a retro-lounge version of I Wanna Be Sedated, a dark minor-key Jingle Bells, and more. They're all self-recorded and mixed, and since I house and petsit and am always moving around, parts of them are literally kitchen recordings.

The song is a bit of a departure from our usual downtempo indie electronic stuff, landing a bit more in the dance/house realm, but we're really proud of how it came together. The incorporation of full vocals and lyrics is a relatively new aspect of our production process, and we hope it resonates with others the way it does with us.
