Lately, I've been working to improve my mixing and mastering skills.

I've also put together a portable music studio with my laptop, a small MIDI
controller keyboard, a USB Mic, and a battery power pack so I can write
anywhere. It has been fun, gets me into new environments, and has helped
generate many new songs and ideas.

Oh nice, @LouHeffernan! I am also learning more about production. I am trying to wrap my head around ways to properly and effectively use compression. There is a lot more to it then I realized!

I completely believe we can always learn something new or improve our skills. 💪

That said, your idea of always being prepared with your laptop to write down new content wherever you are is incredible!
