Multiple Issues with my Artist's AMP Profile and Station + Missing Album

I am experiencing the following critical issues simultaneously:

Frozen & Dropped Analytics: My monthly listener count has been completely frozen since June 20th, 2026, and my overall analytics have dropped dramatically.

Missing Campaign Tab: The Campaign tab has completely disappeared from my Pandora AMP dashboard, preventing me from tracking my live campaign.

Grayed-Out Station Button (Premium Only Restriction): Listeners have reported that my station button is grayed out. Non-premium users cannot generate an ad-supported station from my name; my music is currently only accessible to Premium members.

Because these issues are severely affecting my reach, stream counts, and promotional tools, I need an engineering and curation team review to see if my profile is caught in a backend platform glitch or a curation holding state.

I have several unanswered tickets out there.

Not sure how much info. to post here? I have an album missing from my catalog as well. At this point I just want to make sure you're aware of all of this and you're still working on a fix?
