Entire artist catalog removed from Pandora, no explanation given, Pandora and DistroKid pointing at

Looking for help from anyone on the Pandora side who can actually look into this, since email support hasn't gotten me anywhere in two and a half weeks.

Short version: my band, Anchor Down, had a verified AMP profile and one track, "Wired Nerves," that built a genuine three-month plateau on Pandora's algorithmic radio, over 539,000 lifetime streams, real engagement (13,402 thumbs up, 40 station adds), placed on stations alongside artists like Falling In Reverse, Breaking Benjamin, and Three Days Grace. Sometime between July 13 and July 16, our entire catalog, all 19 releases, not just this one track, disappeared with the message "This content is no longer on Pandora." No notice, no reason given, then or since.

Since then, AMP Support has told me in writing to go through my distributor. DistroKid has told me in writing that "Pandora has requested that all mapping requests be sent to them directly." Both on the same day, about the same issue. I've followed up three separate times asking directly why this happened and gotten either silence or a request to explain the whole thing over again from scratch. As of this morning I can't even submit a new artist claim, the form won't let me proceed.

For what it's worth, since I know this kind of removal sometimes points at fraud detection: the growth here was gradual over four months, not a spike, real listeners were thumbs-upping and adding stations, and I've never used a playlist-plugging service or paid promotion of any kind on this or any release.

Case #05824801 and #05832840 on the Pandora side, Request #4347805 with DistroKid. If anyone here can get eyes on this from your Creator Services or AMP team, I'd genuinely appreciate it. Happy to provide anything else that's useful.

Bro i just had three of my albums taken down because they said i might’ve paid for streams so don’t worry talk to whoever put your album out n see what they say because it’s not just you im fighting to get my albums back up now because my first album had over 50k streams that’s a lot to all of sudden to just be taken down so i know the feeling n frustration your going through just fight n not give up on getting your music back up n popping

Sorry you are dealing with something similar, its frustrating. My streams were mostly Pandora's algorithmic programming (landed on some of their major playlists). So no bots, which makes is really confusing and frustrating. But I'm gonna keep fighting, and will eventually use my blog and podcast to spread the word about all of this...so lots more to come.
