    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've had the same pandora account for so many years now. I recently tried to log in on my laptop, but now it says that my password is invalid. I sent a notification to my email that's linked for resetting my password, and when I check my mailbox, there's no email notification from Pandora. When I tried to to "sign up" with the same email information, I'd get that email:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;"Sorry, we're unable to accept your registration.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thank you for your interest in Pandora!"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;Kindly requesting for some assistance. Thank you!&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
