      <title>Password isn't accepted when upgrading</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;signed up for upgrade but password will not work to verify account&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;I have reset it several times but still not working.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I do not want to be charged for something that will not let me use it.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This has been a pain and has taken entirely to long.&lt;/P&gt;
