AppleTV Pandora is not available in this country

Recently started receiving "Sorry, Pandora is not available in this country" on AppleTV.

In the US.

Not on VPN.

Previously had no problems.

All other devices on the same network (iPhone, desktop) can play fine.

Have tried uninstalling/reinstalling and rebooting AppleTV. Can't log out/in because error doesn't allow anything to be done in the app.
