Update account with new email (no access to old email)

I’m a little confused why I’m not able to sign into my account and then I remembered that it’s on my old email that I do not have access to which is xx@ I haven’t had access to it for about three years now I would like to change it to my new email address if that’s possible xx@ I would greatly appreciate it because I like my collection on my iPhone, but when I watch it on the TV for some reason, it signed me out which I’ve never signed out before and now I don’t know how to get back in
