&lt;P&gt;Pandora accounts follow the email address, not the device or phone number. You can sign into the same Pandora account on any computer or supported device, as long as you use the same email address and Pandora password. This applies to both free and paid Pandora accounts.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;That being said, it sounds like you may have more than one Pandora account. I've gone ahead and created a support ticket with one of our agents. Please keep an eye out for their email message soon. &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":open_mailbox_with_raised_flag:"&gt;📬&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;How do I record my email address that I used and also my password I had to switch phones and was not able to transfer that information to my new phone still have it on my TV still pay for it every month please I need it back on my phone thank you&lt;/P&gt;
