&lt;P&gt;To help us get a better sense of what’s happening, could you share a bit more about the device you’re using (&lt;STRONG&gt;make and model&lt;/STRONG&gt;) as well as how you’re listening (e.g., mobile app, web browser, or another device)?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I also noticed this Community profile was just created today. Did you set up a new Pandora account specifically to post here, and if so, do you have another Pandora account?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks for your help!&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;my app is completely frozen. It will not let me go to another song. Another album won’t let me do anything. Is there somebody that can tell me a fix&lt;/P&gt;</description>
