Enable messages on new Pandora account

I was able to message when I first started an account but I would like to enable messages on my new pandora account but don’t see an envelope at the top of my screen how do I find it?

Good Sunday morning, @Lolagirl2003. I will show you the quickest way by posting screenshots that will guide you through enabling what you want.

This is a screenshot of the top right corner of the web page. From here, you will click on your user name icon. Then you will click on My settings.

Click on Preferences, and notice the dark line under Preferences. You will then look for Private Messenger, make sure the box is checked, and once you do then click on the blue box that says save.

Okay it is not showing private messenger as an option what does that mean?

@Lolagirl2003 You will once you click on Preferences. Then you will click on Private Messenger.

Use of the Private Messenger feature is restricted to individuals aged 18 or older. You can find this by clicking the envelope icon on the top right of the community page, next to your profile icon. Then, click New Message, if you'd like to send a message. 📬

The private message link to consent is not available in my settings. Where do I go to consent? So I can have private message. I am over 18 years old. @AlyssaPandora Please can you advise.
My wife’s account had the consent on her my settings to activate private message. We have different email and are using iPad. Please help thank you

@BOBDEE To locate the Private Messenger Consent Agreement, navigate to My Settings > Personal > Private Messenger.
