If you live outside of the United States and are looking for a way to stream Pandora:

Currently, Pandora services can only be officially provided to listeners in the United States.

This applies to both free and paid accounts, as well as Pandora on all computers and supported devices, including offline usage.

If you live in the United States, but would like to stream Pandora while traveling outside of the country:

We can only legally allow users to actively stream or download new content from Pandora when located in the United States. This applies to free and paid accounts on all supported devices.

If you are a Plus or Premium subscriber, you can play your downloaded content while traveling outside of the country by manually toggling the app into Offline Mode before leaving the US.

While away, please note that your offline collection will be removed and access may be restricted if you:

Uninstall or sign out of the Pandora app.
Toggle the app to Online Mode.
Are unable to establish a connection via a US Wi-Fi or mobile network within 30 days.
