Unable to change password

When I change the password a box asks for me to enter my current password to make the request. I have tried every password I had recorded but it just keeps saying its invalid. 2) When I open the email to Reset the Password, it takes me right into Pandora but not to reset the password. I'm just in. So the password problem remains.
