Unable to change password

It’s not allowing me to change my password! I’m listening to music & keep getting interrupted by a voice that says someone else is listening on my account & only one person can listen at a time. 1st off I PAY for premium…I thought more than one person could listen? And second I’m trying to change my password to be on the safe side & there’s no option to change it! I tried deleting the old password in the mobile app & entering a new one & it will not save! UGH
