When I try and put my birth date it says its invalad, can anyone help?

Hi @Randy_Belcher Try entering just your birth year (e.g., 1975); do not include the month or day of your birthdate.

After checking in with our User Support team, it appears that you already have a Pandora account.

For all new accounts:

You would just need to enter your birth year only as @TannerPandora posted above -- do not include the month or day of your birthdate.

If you'd like to partake in the Community survey, you will need to continue to browse through the Community until it pops up again - unfortunately, there isn't a direct link to it that we can provide.

so for example if you were born in 2001 you just put 2001 and thats it, so dont put what mount or what day. 🙂
