If you haven't already, please try running through our standard troubleshooting steps for Android devices here.

If you're still having issues, please provide a bit more info:

What is the make and model of your device?
Also, could you tell me a bit more about what is happening?
When you background the app, does it just stop playing?
Are there any error messages? If so, what exactly does it say?

Hi @marco1,

We've been hearing about users have background issues for a while now, but haven't been able to repeat anything in the office. It seems to have started ramping up around September. Any info you have that would help would be greatly appreciated. I have a few initial questions.

What kind of phone?

Does it happen on wifi, data both?

Is it a consistent stoppage or sporadic?
