Why Are my DLd Playlists Gone? They're registered in my phones memory and ate my data to DL. But, it says I've DLd no playlists

Sorry to hear that this is happened. I understand how frustrating that could be.

Something to note, your offline collection will be removed if you uninstall or sign out of the Pandora app, or if you are unable to re-establish a connection with Pandora via a Wi-Fi or mobile network within 30 days. This means if you're in offline mode for over 30 days, your offline collection will be removed.

The music you download for offline purposes and save, is stored within the actual Pandora app, and is not available for external use.

Could you share a bit more about your experience?

Have you been in offline mode for 30 days or signed out of the app recently?
