Android: Crashes when trying to access Offline Settings

When I try to access the Offline Settings section of the app Pandora crashes. It does appear my stations are now downloading after a reinstall but accessing the offline option still crashes my app. And now that a station has fully downloaded I can at least switch it to offline mode.

Phone: Google Pixel 7

Android Version: 13

Pandora Version 2310.1 (Android-Tuner 23101040)

After all my stations downloaded I was able to access the menu without crashing.
