How can I set Pandora to play continuously in the background while I am reading?

If you're listening on your Android device, you should be able to play Pandora in the background even if you move to another app within your phone.

Some caveats to this is if you move to an app that also uses your speaker, Pandora may pause as it won't be able to play at the same time. Also, if you're listening for a prolonged amount of time you may receive a timeout message. The timeout message comes up when we detect that you have not interacted with the player for a while. This is in place to avoid playing music to empty rooms and helps reduce our streaming costs. When you encounter the timeout message, simply click or tap anywhere on the Pandora music player to continue listening.
