How to contact Pandora

Hello my name is Dale Garcia, and I need to get a hold of Pandora because I am tired of their faulty app, it likes to restart on me all the time when I'm trying to listen to a music. I just tried to listen to my favorite song three times in a row and every time it hit a minute and a half into the song Pandora will shut off on me. I'm tired of their useless ways of doing work. They need to up their work ethic and fix their faulty app.

I've taken a look at your account and I do see that you may be using an Android device when this happens. The best place to start would be here: Android Troubleshooting

If that does help, could you provide more details about your experience?

Have you encountered any error messages? If so, what exactly does it say?
