No modes in the app

I just got a brand new phone but from the same manufacturer and I no longer have modes in the app. I had this problem on my previous phone when I deleted the app recently and reinstalled it as part of an attempt to fix something. But my new phone also does not have modes even though I see it on my laptop. Any help would be appreciated because I tried a couple tips I've seen on here like deleting the cash and reinstalling the app and it didn't work. I'm hoping someone from Pandora can help me.

Could you tell me a bit more about what is happening?

Is this a genre station? Or a station created based on an artist / track?
Does this happen with all of your stations?
Could you provide some station names that this is happening with?

Let me know, and I can look into this deeper for you.

Since I had it before on my old phone I know some options only apply to artist stations. For example The Beatles, Black Sabbath, Grateful Dead are all stations that had it before on my old phone but no longer do on this phone. The option does not appear on any of my stations. I mainly use it for artist stations to hear only that artist. Thank you for your response let me know if you need anything else.

@docson I was just responding to your message. I had to contact our engineering team to get this fixed on your account.

They made a small change, and you should be able to listen to modes on your stations normally.

So I'm having the same problem, there are no modes on my app for any of my stations... I don't have a "my station" button underneath the station title
