&lt;P&gt;I do see that you contacted our support team via email for more help with your internet service provider. Someone has responded to your message and I would recommend following up since you have an open email case already. If you don't see it yet, please check your spam / junk folder to make sure it didn't end up there.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Android: Out of country error</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I live in the US. I am NOT using VPN. I am using my home WiFi. The Pandora app has worked perfectly for years. Yesterday I started getting the out of country error if I'm trying to stream while connected to home WiFi. No error if I'm connected over my cellular network.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Same problem on multiple devices connected to same router. I contacted the router manufacturer and they verified that it is registered in the US.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Contacted Pandora customer service and after requesting my IP address and zip code they have not responded in over 24 hours.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If Pandora can not offer a fix I will be forced to cancel. There are other music streaming services out there without this problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
