Shared playlists do not play

Hi, everytime I click on a link for a shared playlist the main screen comes up, but nothing is played. I cant even search the playlist name or the user and I know they have pandora. We both have premium so I'm not sure whats going on. Also I cant find their profile even when I search COMMUNITY or FRIENDS

Can you explain your issue a bit further?

To clarify, is this happening with playlists that another Pandora user is attempting to share with you?
Or is the issue that any playlist you try and share from your collection with another user results in the experience you detailed above?
Can you give me the names of some of the playlists this is happening with?
What is the make and model of the device you are using when this happens?

Find friends not working:
