It's not just iOS, my Android is doing the exact same thing. It's very frustrating, especially when I am driving and have to open Pandora again to have my music play.

Device & Generation: Samsung Galaxy s9
Carrier: Verizon
iOS version: (Settings > General > About > Version)
Pandora version: 2001.1
Are you connected to 4G
If you are using a bluetooth device when this happens, what is the make and model of that specific device: this happens when, being played through any device: headphones, phones, bluetooth
