Android: Only 3 stations show when leaving home

Why do I only get 3 of my stations when I am away from my apartment? I mostly listen to Pandora on my android phone with my ear buds when I am out in the community away from home. I used to get my favorite station, but for the past week or so, I can only get 3 stations out there. When I am at home, I get all my stations on my android.

Anyone know what's going on?

@bluepoppy It sounds like you may be in Offline Mode when leaving the house.

The next time only 3 of your stations are showing when away from home, can you please make sure you aren't in Offline Mode?

Profile > Settings > Toggle Offline Mode off

If that does not resolve the issue, can you please send me a screenshot of the 3 stations you are seeing?

Thank you so much for responding! I think I am in offline mode when I
am in the community. But why, then, can I still get three stations?
Instead of none at all, if I am offline?

@bluepoppy Offline Listening is available to Pandora Plus and Pandora Premium subscribers. When you lose your mobile connection, Pandora will alert you with a notification to let you know that we are switching you to one of your offline stations. This way you stay connected to your music without major interruptions.

For Pandora Plus subscribers, we will automatically choose up to three of your most-listened-to stations along with Thumbprint Radio* and add them to your offline listening stations. Pandora Premium subscribers, on the other hand, can choose which additional stations, albums, songs, or playlists are downloaded.

Both Pandora Plus and Pandora Premium listeners can also switch to Offline Listening at any time, so you can save your data and take the music you love wherever you go.

I am a subscriber, but don't know what kind. I log in and it won't show
me my account. Maybe I'm already a premium subscriber, but I don't
know. Also, I have changed credit cards, and maybe my old card
bounced. So I need to check the payment method, too.

How do I get into My Account, please?

@bluepoppy It looks like you are upgraded to Pandora Premium directly through our website.

When I go to my Pandora app in my android phone, I can't find profile/settings. It doesn't show anything except my stations. How do I get to profile/settings in my android app so I can toggle offline mode? I have a Premium subscription, have updated my payment method, and want to put several stations in offline mode in the android phone.

@bluepoppy Profile is located at the bottom right corner of the screen when the Pandora app is open.

Once you are in your profile, you can then click on the Gear icon located at the top right corner of the screen to get to your account settings.

Thanks for your messages, Adam. I was able to get into Settings/Offline Mode, and the toggle switch is already Off. Tomorrow, January 12, I'll be out in the community and more out in the community on Monday. I'll check my stations then and see how many channels I get.
