Android: App freezes on cellular data

New phone, pixel 9 pro. Excellent signal. Other apps work fine streaming with cell data. Pandora opens but essentially freezes.

Any thoughts?

I have granted every permission to pandora and have offline mode off. Any wisdom?

Thank you for the reply.

The app works fine with WiFi but does not work with cellular data. When
using cellular is ara, I can open the app but it won't load any stations or
play music. I also can't use the app in "offline mode." Interestingly,
Spotify behaves the same way but all my other apps work fine using cellular
data, including streaming videos on all social media platforms like YouTube
or Instagram.

Thanks for telling me. I understand that you checked some of the app settings, but can you please confirm if you have tried the following three things?

Clearing the Pandora app Data.
Verified if the battery optimization settings are disabled.
The mobile data usage is enabled for Pandora.

If you haven't, you can check the detailed steps for the first two points here. And for the data usage please try the following steps from your Android mobile phone:

Go to your Android Settings.
Tap on Network & Internet, then tap Data Usage off and back on.
Finally, confirm Mobile Data is toggled on.
