Android: We're having unexpected technical difficulties error when adding tuki. as variety

I've been having this "We're having unexpected technical difficulties" thing happening with my stations as well, and I can't find a workaround.

I've tried on both my tablet and phone (both are Android), tried uninstalling/reinstalling the app, and clearing cache and storage.

I've also tried multiple ways to add artists/songs - adding variety from the station page, and also editing the station and then adding variety (this makes it so you can't save the station).

This problem occurs with many artists, songs, and stations. I'm really not sure how to fix it anymore. I've also reached out to support before and they had no suggestions.

@Cäke Can you please provide me with the name of each artist/song you are unable to add as variety to your stations?

I can then pass that information along to the appropriate teams so they can help look into it.

This isn't limited to one artist or song, but the one that bothers me the most is an artist "tuki." and their songs "guilty" and "ひゅるりらぱっぱ - HYURURIRAPAPPA". This artist also has multiple entries that need to be combined.

The "We're having unexpected technical difficulties" often pops up before even attempting to enter any song or artist, and you have to close that window/popup to try to enter anything, leading me to believe this isn't just a single artist or song that is the root cause of this issue. There's also lots of times you go to modify/edit a station, and suddenly you can no longer see the seeds/variety that created the station or thumbs up/down songs.

@Cäke I believe the issue with the artist tuki. should now be resolved.

Can you please try again and let me know if you are still unable to add them as variety to your station?

Nope, not fixed.

I tried to add the artist, and both songs and I can't add any of them to my station. I tried again to add just by hitting 'add variety' on the station page, and by editing the station and then adding variety. Both ways still make it pop up with the "we're having unexpected technical difficulties" when I first open the search for songs/artists as well.

I can add some other artists and songs, but this artist and songs are a couple of many I've run into that don't seem to work but are clearly in Pandora's catalog.

You should now be able to add the artist tuki. to your stations without receiving an error.

If you would like to report any other specific artists or songs that give you an error when trying to add them as variety to your station, feel free to let me know and I can pass that info along to our curation team as well.
