&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Does the app appear to show music is playing, however there is no sound? Or is the issue that when you launch the app and select something to listen to, the play button is unresponsive?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Are you listening to a station, album, playlist, or podcast?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Are you connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data?
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&amp;nbsp;If using Wi-Fi, are you able to recover the listening session by toggling Wi-Fi off?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Are you using a Bluetooth connection?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Are you only experiencing this issue with Pandora, or with all streaming apps?&lt;/LI&gt;
