Android: Music randomly stops on shuffle

Music stops after a few minutes on shuffle and i constantly have reselect shuffle. Also stops after a minute if i have another app open.

Music stops after a few minutes on shuffle:

When this issue occurs:

Is the app still open in the background where you're able to press play and resume music or do you need to close and relaunch the app to continue listening?
Does this also occur when listening to individual stations?
Are you connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data?
- If using Wi-Fi, are you able to recover the listening session by toggling Wi-Fi off?
Are you using a Bluetooth connection?

Additionally, please provide your device model, Android OS, One UI (if on Samsung), and Pandora app versions:

Music stops if you have another app open:

Unfortunately, the sound settings of each app are set by the needs of the app and cannot be altered. So, if you are playing a game or using an app that requires sound, the audio from Pandora may pause. It's not possible for us to override the sound settings, or any other functions of another app.
