&lt;P&gt;When this issue occurs:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Is the issue that music does not play at all? Or does music play initially, however ends up stopping after a few songs?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Are you attempting to listen to a station, album, playlist, or podcast?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Are you connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data?
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&amp;nbsp;If using Wi-Fi, are you able to recover the listening session by toggling Wi-Fi off?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Are you using a Bluetooth connection?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;
