Adding Artists & Bands Not Working

I just tried this a couple of days ago, and it wouldn't work, even though I tried adding with and without hitting the edit button first. I got this message instead. What's going on with that? It needs to be fixed. I'm pretty sure that I've already posted about this happening. Why has this not been fixed?

I’ve enabled a trace on your account to help us further review and investigate. When you have a moment, please try the troubleshooting steps below. This will help have a fresh connection so we can see exactly what's happening on your account.

From your Android Settings, please try clearing the Pandora app data using the following steps (not to worry, we'll keep track of your profile and collection for you):

Open your device Settings
Tap Apps
Scroll down to find Pandora
Select Storage
On the storage details page tap Clear Data.

Keep in mind that the steps for each Android device is slightly different. If you have a Pixel, you can check out Google's help page for steps on how to clear space on your device.

Please note that you will be asked to log into your account after completing these steps.

I did that, and it still doesn't work. Have y'all got anyone to work on this, when I brought it up for the second time, which is when I made this post? The first time that I brought it up was last year. This is ridiculous. How do I get it to actually work?

Can you please let me know the name of the artist/song you are unable to add as variety to your Instrumental Fusion station?

So, to answer my first question, y'all haven't. This isn't a problem, with one or two artists or bands on one particular station. I was trying to add more than one artist and band onto this station, but I can't remember all of them. And I was trying to add other artists and, or bands onto one other station, or more. And I definitely don't remember the details for those. Telling you that I tried to add Bernth to this station won't help solve everything. I believe I also tried to add Mike Dawes, Ola Englund, and Charles Berthoud. It's a bigger issue than that.

Also, just to reply to this was a pain, because the community website has started not adding my replies, even though it shows me as logged in. I go to my profile letter (not even a picture), to verify that I am logged in, and it immediately opens Pandora instead. I had to mess with it for a while, to figure out that I had to go to the settings, then go to "Community", just to bring me back here, but fully logged in, so that my reply would actually go through. I had the same problem, when I added the previous reply.
