&lt;P&gt;Sorry for any trouble you've run into. I can explain what's happening.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I just checked your account, and it looks like you're upgraded to Pandora Plus. You did enabled a couple of sessions of Premium which may explain why you're experiencing a downgrade during your listening sessions. You can still enable these sessions even if you're upgraded to Plus, you'll need to watch an ad in order to initiate it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Complimentary Premium Sessions:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;In the past, free listeners and Pandora Plus subscribers were only able to look for artists and tracks in order to create&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;radio&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;stations.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We've updated your experience so that you have the ability to listen to content on-demand, without being a Pandora Premium subscriber.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you search for and select the&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;name&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;of an artist, or track, or album, you should be brought to a "backstage page" where you can either create a radio station or press play.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you press&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;play&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;you indicate that you'd like to listen to that content right away (or "on-demand"). Since only Pandora Premium subscribers can listen on-demand, you will either&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;Due to licensing restrictions, we have to limit the number of Premium Access sessions per person.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;If you're hitting a limit, it means you've used quite a few of these sessions lately.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;When your Premium Access session expires you'll be returned to your normal Pandora Plus app experience, but we'll automatically save your on-demand music collection for your next Premium experience.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just upgraded to Premium, and this is happening to me on EVERY platform now.&amp;nbsp; Google Home, Android phone, PC and even the website.&amp;nbsp; can't even listen to anything.&amp;nbsp; back to spotify I go.&amp;nbsp; Literally the moment I upgraded from free to premium, now i get a message that my trial has expired and then i'm logged out immediately.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
