Thumbs up playlist not working keep saying it's buffering and keeps Skipping songs all other playlist work as normal and I'm using a note 10 plus

My Thumbs up playlist for a station isn't updating. I thumbed up 94 songs but the playlist is stuck at 71 songs. I want this fixed now.
