Pandora App Not Playing Songs & Freezes up

I'm having the same problem, every 4 or 5 songs it freezes up.

Sorry to hear that Pandora is freezing up.

Just to confirm, does this happen when you attempt to initiate a complimentary session of Premium to listen to content on-demand?

Also, have you received any error messages when it freezes?

I would recommend running through these steps to see if this resolves the issue you're encountering.

I've enabled a trace on your Pandora account to better understand what is happening, and in case we need to report this to our engineering team.

I don't have premium, I have a plus account. I have also troubleshooted too. I'll try again, thanks!

@saram23 I do see that you have a Plus subscription, with Plus you can still initiate a Premium session. It sounds like you're experiencing this without initiating a session. If you'd like more info, you can find out how Premium sessions work in this helpful article.

I've troubleshooted again and it's still freezing up on the my plus account. I've never had this problem and I listen to Pandora all the time.

I would like to report this issue to our engineers. Could you tell me more about your device?

Device & Generation: (e.g. iPhone 5c, iPod 6th gen, iPad Air2, etc.)
Carrier:
iOS version: (Settings > General > About > Version)
Pandora version: (Pandora > Profile tab > Settings gear & scroll to the bottom of the screen)

Are you connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data when this is happening?

I'm using Pandora plus, I have a Samsung note 5 and it's on both cellular data and Wi-Fi. I've tried on work Wi-Fi and home with, thinking maybe there was an issue with just one Wi-Fi. Even while I was out for a run the other day.

It's version 7.0 for Android and I have AT&T. The Pandora is 2006.2

No it'll just play a couple songs then freeze up. If I go to change stations it freezes up. I have to go in and force close it in order for it to work again. Doesn't matter if I'm inside or outside, on Wi-Fi or cellular service.
