Songs skip by themselves. Not resolved!

As per the title despite the thread https://community.pandora.com/t5/Android/RESOLVED-12-10-2019-Offline-skips-through-songs-without-playing/td-p/7165

Songs skip by themselves non stop, online. I've cleared data and cache, restarted the phone, reinstalled the app, even reset the phone. Regardless if I listen through bluetooth speaker, car via bluetooth, headphones or phone speaker. Yes, I followed these additional generic tips located https://help.pandora.com/s/article/Trouble-Streaming-Pandora-on-Android-1519949305958?language=en_US

No, it's not my data, wi-fi or home internet because Pandora works fine on my PC and tablet. But not my Moto g6.

Can you please try these steps again:

Open your device Settings
Tap Apps
Scroll down to find Pandora
Select Storage
On the storage details page tap Clear Data.
