Android: Playlists don't fully download

none of my playlists will fully download...it downloads a few songs and then stops..Ive undo download and redone and still the same thing..I cant keep listening to the same 25 songs in a 10 hr workday Please help

@Tazzy1969 I moved your post to the Android space since it sounds like you are having trouble getting playlists to fully download on your phone.

If you haven't yet already, please try running through these troubleshooting steps: Troubleshooting Offline Listening

Please send me a screenshot of what you are seeing when you attempt to download your playlists if running through those troubleshooting steps doesn't help.

Downloads Not Working

Hi again, for whatever reason, my playlist of 55 songs and my playlist of 23 songs just aren't downloading. They show as downloaded when online mode is active and all songs are present on the playlists. However, when I turn on offline mode they playlists still show as downloaded but when I open them there are only like 20 songs downloaded on the first one, and like 10 on the second one.

I recommend running through the following troubleshooting steps: Troubleshooting Offline Listening

If that does not resolve the issue, please send me a screenshot of what you are seeing when you attempt to download your playlists.
