Does Pandora allow for purchasing tracks for private in home use? There's a song I want to buy and download to my phone.

Unfortunately, purchasing music that you hear on Pandora is no longer a feature on the Pandora Android app. There is an existing feature request that you may be interested in: Bring back the ability to purchase songs

In the meantime, the best way to find and collect music on Pandora is by upgrading to Pandora Premium.

It offers listeners the ability to play songs on-demand and created custom playlists, among other attractive benefits.
To learn more about Pandora Premium and to upgrade on your Android device, go the Profile tab and select Upgrade in the top left corner.
