Stations Deleting

I have to watch an advertisement for pandora premium to download my stations and when i turn my pandora online, it deletes every station but 3. Whats my problem?

I have pandora plus, if thats suppose to effect it or not.

Based on your message, it sounds like you're enabling complimentary sessions of Premium. You can find out more about how these sessions work here.

You can download stations for offline listening with Pandora Plus.

For Pandora Plus subscribers, we will automatically choose up to three of your most-listened-to stations along with Thumbprint Radio* and add them to your offline listening stations. Pandora Premium subscribers, on the other hand, can choose which additional stations, albums, songs, or playlists are downloaded.

*If you're not seeing Thumbprint Radio in your downloaded stations, you'll need to add it to your collection.

Could you tell me a bit more about what is happening?

When your Premium session ends, do your stations reappear?

Have you received any error messages? If so, what does it say?

If you're able to capture a screenshot of what you're seeing, this would be helpful too.

In order to download more stations than supplied about pandora, i watch an advertisement to premium and that will let me go into that stations categorys and download but sometimes when i go from offline back to online, it keeps the 3 stations that pandora provides and deletes the others.

After premium cancels itself, it doesnt do anything, its going from offline to back online like i said in the paragraph before. There is no error that pops up.

I download the thumbprint station but im more looking towards the stations themselves and not all together.

@CMG2020 Thanks so much for getting back me to with those details. I'm happy to clarify.

Offline Stations with Pandora Plus:

At this time, Pandora Plus listeners cannot add, delete or swap out which stations will be available for offline listening.

In the meantime, if you're wanting to have other offline stations available to you, try listening to those other stations more (ones that are currently not on your Offline station list). Since we periodically refresh the stations that are available to you offline (based on your listening habits), we may surprise you with adding them to your list.

Alternatively, you may consider upgrading to Pandora Premium which allows subscribers to download any station, playlist, album or song in their collection for offline listening.

These stations usually take up anywhere from 300 MB - 700MB depending on the types of stations you listen to. For example, a classical station may take up more space than a pop station.

Pandora will never use the last 500 MB of storage on your device. When Pandora detects that there is not enough storage on your device for all of your offline stations, we will download as many stations as we possibly can. Finally, downloading only happens on Wi-Fi unless you've opted-in to download over cellular connections.

Complimentary Premium Sessions:

Initiating a complimentary session of Premium won't allow you to listen to those stations for long after being downloaded. There's a natural tension between valuable ad space and the listening experience. Because of that, we're actively testing the length of these sessions to provide the best listening experience for everyone. As a result, the average length and availability of your complimentary session may fluctuate.

When your session ends, those offline stations are being removed as your account is reverting back to your Plus subscription. With Plus, we will automatically choose up to three of your most-listened-to stations along with Thumbprint Radio.
