      <title>App Crashes Immediately After Opening</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is anybody else's app not working? Keeps giving me repeated error code...I keep submitting reports, but no correction to the problem. Have tried resetting, uninstall/reinstall...Have to Force Close all the time....&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It doesn't say anything, just starts up and shuts down...then the Pandora keeps stopping window shows up and I can either get app info, close app, or send feedback...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've sent feedback, I've stopped, I've force closed...still no resolution&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;In your original post, you mentioned "&lt;SPAN&gt;Keeps giving me repeated error code". &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you're still seeing that error code, please let me know what it says as this would be helpful to report over to our engineering team.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;If you can open Pandora, go to&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Profile,&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;then select&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt;. Scroll to the bottom of the screen for the version number.&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's working again...not sure why uninstalling and reinstalling didn't solve the issue vice clearing memory...but that did the trick, thank you...Gotta redownload everything I did have before...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Sounds like you're back to listening without any issues.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;For downloading: &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You can&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;tap the icon with the arrow pointing downward&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;. This can be found on station, album and playlist pages, or, to download a track, tap the three dots on the Now Playing screen. Keep in mind, this button will only appear for eligible tracks.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.pandora.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/35367"&gt;@Antroby2g&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;clearing the app data is not the same as deleting memory. Sometimes old cache files get stuck and the steps mentioned by &lt;a href="https://community.pandora.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/43"&gt;@AlyssaPandora&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;from the &lt;A href="https://help.pandora.com/s/article/Trouble-Streaming-Pandora-on-Android-1519949305958?language=en_US" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;help page&lt;/A&gt; is a way to clear them out.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;On that note, however, after peforming those troubleshooting steps, Pandora Premium and Premium Family listeners may need to re-download some of their offline content. Pandora Plus users, however, should receive that offline content again automatically.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
