Unable to start song over when phone is locked

I've lost the option to go back and start a song over when my phone is locked. Also, Pandora freezes up about 5 out of 10 times I have it playing. This issue is going to cost my subscription. Tried deleting and redownloading, nothing seems to fix it. Can get more options with YouTube music for the same $.

Could you tell me a bit more about what is happening?

Lost option to start a song over from lock screen:

When you say you are unable to go back and start a song over from the lock screen, is the back button unresponsive when tapping on it? Or does it not appear on your lock screen at all?

Is there an error message? If so, what does it say?
Can you provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing?

When you say Pandora freezes, does the music pause, and the app becomes completely unresponsive?

The button is grey and it won't allow me to hit back. The button for forward and pause are white and allow actions to occur.

When Pandora freezes it plays whatever song is playing I go to my phone and I get an error stating

Pandora isn't working

Close App

Wait to close app

Are the options it gives me. During this time I can't access Pandora, open the app or even click next song. It's completely unresponsive.

Let's try running through the standard troubleshooting steps while I have a trace enabled on your Pandora account. You can find the steps here: Android Troubleshooting

If you still have trouble, can you send over a bit more info about your device?

Android version (Settings > About Phone):
Pandora version:
- If you can open Pandora, go to Profile, then select Settings. Scroll to the bottom of the screen for the version number.
- If you can't open Pandora: from Android Home screen > Android Settings > Applications > Manage Applications > Find Pandora

Are you connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data when this is happening?
