2 stations play at same time in 2020 Cadillac

On the car radio it will switch pandora stations and both will play. I have deleted and reinstalled the app and deleted all but 2 stations and it still switches. I have only station selection for shuffle. I use Pandora on car wifi with the pandora app. 2020 Cadillac XT4

Radio also quit playing also. They replaced the radio and took care of all problems.

I have the same issue in my 2020 Cadillac XT6 . It is sporadic and has been doing this for a while but seems to be only since I installed Pandora. It might be some kind of interference with Amazon Alexa ????

While I don't believe any troubleshooting steps I can recommend would offer an immediate resolution I'm happy to pass this along to our engineering team.

Can you tell me more about your experience? Does this happen when switching stations, using replay or something else?

OS version:
Pandora version:
Are you connected to to Android Auto or CarPlay?

Sporadic problems with 2020 Cadillac XT6 Bose Radio. This afternoon I could not get any connection with Amazon Alexa. Message was "I'm unable to connect to the Alexa cloud. Please try again later." After completing my shopping, the music was playing 2 different songs at the same time. One was coming from Pandora and the other was from Amazon Alexa. This continued until I reached home. I had stopped several times on my way home to video my screen. Hopefully I can show this to my dealership tomorrow.

After the car engine is shut off, the double music doesn't return.
