&lt;P&gt;Can you tell me a little more about your mobile device and vehicle:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;What is the make, model and year of your vehicle?&lt;/SPAN&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you have an aftermarket stereo, what is the make and model of that device?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;What is the make and model of your phone? &lt;/SPAN&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Can you tell me the Pandora app version (let me know if you need help finding that)?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Is your vehicle equipped with Android Auto or Apple CarPlay?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Also, can you take a picture of the error message you see to share with me here.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You can include photos in your response directly on community. The best way to do this is through a mobile or web browser. You won't be able to include photos through the email notification you may receive. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
