&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Sorry for any trouble listening to Pandora in your vehicle. Can you tell me a little more about your experience?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Are you able to connect to your Buick, but no music plays or are you not able to connect at all?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;In the meantime, could you provide the following information&amp;nbsp;so I can take a closer?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;What is the model and year of your vehicle?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you have an aftermarket stereo, what is the make and model of that device?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;What is the make and model of your phone? &lt;/SPAN&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Also, can you tell me the Pandora app version?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;How is your mobile device connected to your car? (Bluetooth, USB, Aux)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Is your vehicle equipped with Android Auto or Apple CarPlay?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
