Ford Sync: Station selection no longer available

No Pandora menu to select stations. Pandora starts and plays music but when I press the menu a blank screen comes up. App works OK on my phone. Android auto works ok. Android phone Ver 10; Pandora Ver. 2401.1, "Launch from car" enabled; 2024 Ford Escape Sync 4. Bluetooth seems to be OK since Android Auto works fine.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble when connecting to your Ford Sync system. I'm happy to pass this along to our engineering team for further investigation.
