Not sure what your referencing. Does this notification appear on your phone or vehicle head unit? Are you actively listening to Pandora when this notification occurs?

Can you take a picture or screenshot of the notification when it appears when safe to do so? You can share this picture directly here on community. This is best done on a mobile or web browser, you won't be able to include pictures if responding with the email notification you may receive.

To address your second question, it was answered in the thread: Change Pandora Profile URL. You first requested the user name, AudioStasis. Can you clarify if you mean your username on your community profile, or your profile name on your Pandora account?
