Hi @slsutherland1

I moved your message over to your original post. You may have missed my response.

Based on your most recent message it sounds like this only happens when connected via Bluetooth with Android Auto.

1. To confirm, when using a USB cord to connect in your vehicle and play Pandora sound comes out of both speakers?

2. Which app version of Android Auto are you on?

3. Do you recall around what date this started happening?

Thanks for the additional details.

Hi @slsutherland1

Welcome to community!

Sounds like you've gone through some troubleshooting with the Care Team already. Sorry for any duplicate questions I may ask.

Let's start with some quick stats about your mobile phone:

Android OS version:

Android Auto version (current version is 13.7):

Pandora version:

You mentioned connecting through Bluetooth. Does your vehicle have the ability to connect via a USB cord? Wondering if a corded version offers a similar or different experience and help narrow down if this is related to Bluetooth.

Also, I'm assuming this is the stock stereo, and not a 3rd party installed stereo.

Thanks for the additional details.
